Christmas is coming
Brussels sprouts. At the moment we are packing pretty, organic sprouts. A really nice and healthy vegetable, with endless ways of use. Use them as a nice and good tasting way to supplement the heavy Christmas food in December.
Sprouts are to be used both raw and cooked; and it does not make it any worse that they look great and decorative on the plate.

Christmas potatoes. Potatoes can be used for lots of things. Ninna, one of the committed employees, has been creative at home, and has come up with an alternative way of using the big baking potatoes. The potatoes are peeled, and cut into suitable slices,
where after you cut out the potatoes with regular Christmas cookie tins. When they come out of the oven, you have the prettiest "Christmas french fries". In this way it should be possible to get the kids to help out in the kitchen.

A healthy and fun alternative to the traditional Christmas cookies. It should be a little easier to get the kids to eat more potatoes at the dinner table
